Tim Hobson
Hi, my name is Tim Hobson and I currently work for the Engine Support Team at Epic Games providing technical support to users on our AnswerHub, Forums, and custom licensee support. 

Before working with Epic Games I worked with Regal Entertainment Group for 14 years in various roles, such as Associate Manager, Projection Booth Manager, and Projection and Sound Technician in Seattle Washington, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Raleigh, North Carolina. Working with projection equipment afforded me the ability to quickly troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues that has helped me in assisting the UE4 community and in game development. 

My specialties with Unreal Engine 4 are: 
  • Rendering, more specifically, Lighting
  • 3D Modeling and asset creation
  • Physics/PhysX (Mostly Destructibles)
